**Ingredients:**
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup buttermilk
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
**Directions:**
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with olive oil.
In a shallow dish, combine buttermilk and ranch dressing mix. In another shallow dish, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip each chicken breast first in the buttermilk mixture, then coat with the flour mixture, pressing to adhere.
Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the tops with the remaining olive oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C).
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy ❤️
